We've all read the email about the Psych professor who tells his students to put your big rocks (important things in your life) in the jar (which is your life) first rather than filling it with small rocks (time consuming little activities that don't add to the enjoyment of your life) and having no space left for the big rocks. 
So I went and found some BIG rocks, now I just need to find that jar.

If there is anyone who doesn't understand the big rocks in the jar thing simply google the words 'big rocks jar' and you will get numerous versions of the story.
